F.A.Q

For admission to our centre, we need an elderly acceptance petition, service protocol, an original ID of the elderly to be admitted, a health evaluation form, a preliminary examination form and an intervention approval form. All forms are prepared by our staff at the initial acceptance stage.

For the elderly to stay in our centre, it is necessary to obtain a report stating that they can stay in a nursing home. This is required by the relevant regulations. The report can be obtained from state hospitals for a fee. It can also be obtained from our contracted private health institutions. We recommend having the report ready before coming to our centre. Otherwise, it will be necessary for the elderly to be taken from the nursing home to a health institution and get examined for the report.

It is also important to bring any medicine or diaper reports belonging to the elderly at the acceptance stage.

Our company has more than 30 years of experience in the health sector. Our mission is to provide elderly care and rehabilitation services in a distinguished, high-standard, reliable and effective manner. In this sense, we continue our work to provide quality service to all our residents at affordable costs.

Our fee policy varies according to the room type (single, double) selected by the resident or their health status (vigorous, palliative care). You can get more detailed information about the pricing based on the room type you prefer and the health status of your relative by contacting our call centre on 444 5 911.

Services included in the price involve three meals a day, snacks, tea/coffee, room cleaning, laundry service, psychologist, and caregiver support, 24/7 medical staff and simple medical services, monthly hairdressing care and routine checks by specialist physicians. Our residents also benefit from the regular social events organised in our institution free of charge.

With our physiotherapist, a collective exercise program is offered to our residents two days a week. Thus, our residents benefit from an effective preventive health program for problems such as age-related arthritis, osteoporosis, and limitation of movement in hips, knees and joints, etc.

3 main meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and snacks are provided to our residents in our centre. Tea and coffee are also served to our residents upon request. There is a mini fridge in all our rooms for the use of our residents. Our residents can store their desired food in the refrigerator.

To prevent health problems caused by malnutrition, we create a healthy balanced diet program by calculating calories under the supervision of our specialist healthcare professionals and dietitians.

If a resident submits their request to leave for any reason to the directorate, we start the exit procedures ensuring the approval of their relatives. After checking the resident’s room and arranging his belongings, we complete the check-out procedures within 1 working day. If there is a remaining balance for the period they stayed, it is closed before the exit process is completed. If the resident has completed their monthly payment but decides to leave before the end of the month, after checking their room, and their monthly service report and deducting the service fees, we credit the remaining balance back to their account.

To meet the needs of our residents and ensure their comfort, all our rooms are equipped with furniture and devices such as an LCD TV, mini fridge, double and single sitting group, clothes cabinet, and coat rack. Thus, our residents can continue their daily lives by only bringing their clothes with them.

For our residents with Alzheimer’s and Dementia diagnoses, we highly recommend bringing accessories from their homes such as paintings, photographs, and trinkets, to keep their memories alive and facilitate their adaptation process.
For our single rooms, our residents have the option to redecorate the room by bringing furniture from their homes that suits the size of the room.

We have a safety deposit box where our residents can store valuables or cash. We keep a cash slip for the valuable objects and record all the expenditures with a receipt/invoice.

Our centre accepts visitors between 09:00 and 18:00 every day except Tuesdays and Fridays. For special occasions, visitors may be allowed these days, provided that our directorate is informed in advance.

Per the regulation of nursing homes, our residents are free to go shopping or tour outside our centre, provided that they give their signature to our Social Services personnel. Under the same regulation, relatives of residents can get the resident to stay with them for a determined time by presenting a signed permission document. Within the scope of the same regulation, the residents are obliged to pay the entire monthly care fee during their leave, provided that their room or bed are not given to another person.

We offer a companion service for palliative care patients. Our healthcare professionals check the health status of palliative patients regularly. If a patient’s relative requests continuous patient follow-up, we can assign a special companion for an extra fee. We provide private companions; however, we also accept relatives or previous caregivers of the patient as they are familiar with their needs and condition.

The caregivers that are assigned by relatives of a patient can stay with the patient and benefit from the facilities in our palliative care rooms and our daily meals, snacks, and treats. An additional fee equal to half of the list prices is charged for assigned caregivers or relatives of patients staying in our centre as companions.

Our residents may need to receive health services outside the institution. For additional services as such, our residents’ relatives can help with the transportation and treatment process. If the relatives are not available, we offer an accompanying service by our healthcare professionals.

For the treatments outside our centre such as dialysis, examination, MRI/Tomography, and dental examination, we assign our healthcare professionals and vehicles to accompany the resident for an additional fee. The entire procedure, including transportation and treatment, is followed by our healthcare professionals on behalf of the relatives of the patient. Thus, the needs of our residents are met quickly and smoothly, without interrupting the daily schedules of their relatives.

Our centre collaborates with Ozel Ege Ambulance Service. Patients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Paralysis, Plegia, decubitus diagnosis, colostomy, PEG, patients who need nasogastric tube or oxygen support, and patients who are bedridden after surgery are taken from their bed and transferred to our centre. We aim to provide all kinds of comfort to the patient during the transport process.

If a patient is in a different city or country, our healthcare team accompanies them during their transfer to our centre, which could be via ambulance or aeroplane.

Per our agreement with the Ozel Ege Ambulance Service, one Patient Transport Ambulance provides 24/7 service in our centre.
For our resident’s non-urgent medical needs such as examination, laboratory scan, health report renewal, dialysis, Tomography or MR shooting that takes place in hospitals, our health team assists with the transfer. Our residents are provided with assistance from their beds in our centre to the bed of the hospital.

We also assist with the transport of our residents who need regular chemotherapy or dialysis.
