We offer a safe and cosy living space where our residents meet their daily needs, whilst being away from the stress of city life.
We selected soft colours and comfortable, convenient furniture while we were designing our rooms. Our single rooms are in the form of 1+1 suites. Each room has its bathroom, bedroom, balcony and lounge space with an open kitchen. Our rooms also have an LCD TV with satellite broadcast, WIFI connection, and a mini fridge where our residents can store their drinks and food.
In addition to our room phones which residents can use for their requests and needs, there are also call buttons where they can reach our healthcare professionals. There are emergency telephones in the bathrooms and the emergency line can be reached by simply picking up the handset, without dialling any number in case of an emergency.
Upon request, there is an option of “personalisation” in our single rooms, so that our residents can feel the comfort of their own homes. Upon request, room decoration and furniture can be rearranged the way they are in our residents’ homes.
Residents can choose between rooms with a garden, pool, or sea view according to their tastes. Our rooms are thermally insulated, and heated with an environmentally friendly heat pump and central heating system. Thus, our residents can enjoy a warm living space during the winter and a cool living space during the summer.
